EFA School Agreement
I acknowledge that the facts set forth in this application are true and complete and understand that if accepted into the EFA program, any false statement on this application shall be considered sufficient cause for immediate removal.
I agree to promote the program in my school in the following manner:
By creating a link on the school website to the EFA website.
By verbal announcement at school meetings and via written correspondences in newsletters and memos to parents..
I agree to manage the program in my school in the following manner:
Reviewing the business profile regularly to ensure that the goods and services represented are those required by the parents.
Encouraging regular feedback by the parents concerning the quality of the goods and services purchased.
Reporting to the EFA, at the request of the parents, any professions not represented in the profile. The EFA will pursue the requested professions for inclusion in the profile.
Reporting to the EFA any businesses that do not maintain acceptable levels of quality or professionalism. At the school’s request these businesses may be given time to correct the issue or be removed from the profile.
I agree to follow donation procedures in the following manner:
